Delivery

Delivery Locations

We deliver island-wide in Singapore. We do not offer international shipping as for now.

Delivery Cost

Orders above $60 will be entitled to free delivery. For orders below $60, there will be a $12 delivery fee. 

Delivery Schedule 

We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 2pm. Do indicate your preferred delivery date when ordering at the check out page. For orders with Uni, do let us know under 'Add Order Note' if you want it delivered the next day :)

Receiving your Items

Please ensure someone will be able to receive your delivery. As part of the delivery process, we will call you before we dispatch out for delivery to ensure that someone will be at home to receive your orders. For frozen items, please put them in the freezer upon receiving.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Upon reaching your delivery location, if there is no response at the door and we are unable to reach you, delivery will be rearranged. Please note that we will charge you an additional $10 for redelivery. Should you wish to cancel your order after a delivery attempt has been made, we will issue you a refund for your order minus a $10 service fee.

Changes to Delivery

Any changes to the delivery should be done 1 day before your intended delivery date. Do email us with your changes. Changes include: delivery date, delivery location etc.
